Anime Description: Air Gear

In an attempt to make themselves go faster and fly higher, people began putting motors in rollerblades, and eventually AT's (Air Trecks) were invented. Ikki is a middle-school boy who became interested in AT from watching videos his guardians (the Noyamano sisters) had, and from watching Simca practice everyday. As soon as he tried AT, he became addicted, and formed his own Stormrider team with his friend Kazu and Onigiri. They began entering AT battles, and excelling.

Spitfire, an experienced Stormrider, told Ikki a tale about eight roads and eight kings, relating to AT. This spurred Ikki on to challenge more Stormrider teams, battling to collect team emblems.
