Elc is a bounty hunter who was raised by Shu when he escaped from White House. When he was younger, he was captured by the people there at White House, who wanted to know how he controlled fire. He thinks that Arc and his friends were responsible for the death of his people and the destruction of his village, so he uses the bounty hunting job to seek revenge upon Arc. Elc also has mental instability due to the experiments he was forced to endure in White House. All in all, he's pretty unpredictable.

I really like Elk. I found him much more 'human' than Arc. His actions, e.g. burning brainwashed soldiers, captured his lack of control and obsession with vengeance very well. His relationship with Lieza was also very well done: very caring and innocent. It was nice that Lieza did not pressure Elk into doing anything he was not prepared or willing to do. ... show more »
