Absolute Anime

Yashamaru is in the anime Basilisk. He's a thread-wielding assassin for the Iga Clan. The thread is quite strong; it'll cut threw even stone.

Aside from Yashamaru's daily life of killing members of the Kouga Clan, he has vowed to marry another member of the Iga Clan. It would happen to be Hotarubi, who's a summoner of animals and insects to fight for her.

Yashamaru's first fight is with Kouga Clan member, Kazamachi. Kazamachi has spider like abilities to him. He can climb up walls, make webs, and other things. While Yashamaru was fighting this foe, Kazamachi spit a gluey substance out of his tongue trying to kill his opponent. With Yashamaru's fast thinking, however, he dodges the attack, but his long, dark purple hair still becomes a victim. The substance gets stuck in Yashamaru's hair, to free himself of it, he cuts his own hair, getting out the substance.

Yashamaru was very lucky in that fight, but unfortunately not his next. This time around Yashamaru fights another member of the Kouga Clan, Kasumi Gyobu. As Gyobu keeps hidden from by a wall, with Yashamaru on the other side. Yashamaru sends his thread through the wall, trying to kill his opponent.

When Gyobu sees his chance he uses his power to fuse his surrounding environment and grabs Yashamaru's neck. At this point Yashamaru is helpless, and cannot fight back. Eventually, Gyobu crushes Yashamaru's neck, leaving him to die on the ground.

The last thing Yashamaru sees is one of Hotarubi's summoned, pink butterflies.
