Character Description: Boris Balkov
Boris has a partnership with Voltaire, head of Biovolt, and also has been listed internationally as a well-known Russian criminal mastermind. Besides being a part of Biovolt, Boris is also a scientist and is also an abbot. His job under Biovolt is to enlist boys at a very young age and vigorously train them in beyblading as well as in strength and endurance, forcing them to do outrageous and exceedingly rigorous tasks.
He made his first appearance in episode 40 "Hot Battle in a Cold Town".
