Character Description: Bai Ji-Shin Chang
Mr. Chang is a leader of a Triad (Chinese Mafia) branch based in Hong Kong, and operating on Roanapur. Like Revy, he is highly proficient in shooting with both hands. In fact, even Revy has to admit that Mr. Chang's two-handed marksmanship is greater than her's, and is the one man that has truly earned her respect.
Mr. Chang also believes in co-operating with the other Mafia groups operating on the island despite the differences between them, and has worked with Balalaika and "Hotel Moscow" when the rampage led by Hansel and Gretel threatened to kill them both.

Looked-up Mr. Chang's real name on Wikipedia. It is Bai Ji-Shin Chang.
