Roanapur is never an easy city. Off the coast of Thailand, it is a corrupt city established after the Vietnam War, attracting the worst of the worst – pirates, prostitutes, smugglers and the like. But soon – the city is going to become Hell on Earth!

Roberta – a former terrorist, now a maid, has seen her benefactor and savior, Diego Jose San Fernando Lovelace, assassinated in Venezuela during a political rally. Now out of a sense of honor to him, she seeks a deadly revenge upon his assassins – which are hidden in that corrupt island... and the Lagoon Company is in the thick of it as the body count begins to rise! Rock, Revy, Dutch, and Benny have to stop this one-woman killing machine in her tracks – along with her former charge, Diego's son Garcia, as well as Roberta's apprentice Fabiola – before all-out war breaks-out!
