Shenhua, a Taiwanese assassin under the employ of Mr. Chang, met Rock and Revy during a mission to deliver papers to Langley, a C.I.A. contact in the Philippines. She is a specialist in silent weapons, mainly a pair of kukri daggers – the traditional weapons of the Ghurka, which she has tied at the ends of ropes for long distance attacks. Revy had nicknamed her 'Chinglish', most because of her use of broken English in her normal speech (much like Shampoo of Ranma 1/2).
