Last I checked, this character's cosplay outfit was available at Moon Costumes.
Zaraki Kenpachi is one of the tallest characters in Bleach. His height is almost twice the size of his lieutenant, Yachiru. Yachiru was found by Kenpachi when she was still a baby. He was the one to call her Yachiru and he was also the one to call himself Kenpachi which meant the strongest swordsman. Kenpachi became a captain because he defeated and killed the old captain of the 11th division in a duel by having too much fun fighting him. He is the most bloodthirsty in the Gotei 13.
His division, the 11th, is the strongest out of the 13. His team is made up of very unusual characters. Even though he literally lives for battle and has an unusual looking appearance, he still has shown some emotion and caring for two things: His lieutenant, Yachiru and his name. Yachiru is possibly the only person he cares for.
Kenpachi is the only captain in the Gotei 13 who is not able to release his final release, his Bankai. He also doesn't know what his zanpakutou's name is.
Zaraki Kenpachi, the scarred-face captain of the eleventh division of the death gods has a weird fashion sense with torn robes and bells in his hair. His lieutenant is a little pink-haired rose-cheeked girl, Kusajishi Yachiru, who rides on his shoulders most of the time directing him in the wrong direction with a cute giggle.
Kenpachi spends most of his screen time in the Bleach anime trying hard to hunt down Kurosaki Ichigo, which he finally did. Kenpachi and Ichigo's battle ended in a draw, as neither was able to continue without heavy medical assistance.

According to Norse myth, warriors slain in battle are collected by the Valkyries and brought to Valhalla, where the one-eyed god Odin presides over all-day fights and all-night drinking parties. Maybe Kenpachi could arrange an exchange program.

okay strange enough this guy allows some kid to lead him around knowing its the wrong direction. no matter how cute i'd never let someone get me lost in that place. i'd probably do how chad did when he was fighting to get to rukia and bust through the walls. that's just me though.
