Shun'o is one of the Shun Shun Rikka, Six Princess Healing Flowers. Her name is the Althea flower. She, along with Ayame, reverse damage done to an object in their shield. The kotodama, spirit chant, used to activate their healing powers is Soten Kishun (Twin-god Reflection Shield). No matter what the damage is, she and Ayame can reverse the damage. Even bringing back the dead is possible.
She was awakened along with the others when Orihime was trying to protect Tatsuki from the hollow Numb Chandelier. Eventually, Orihime is able to summon them without the spirit chant.

Shun'o is cool for what she does....heals injured people. She is orihime's shun shun rika six princess healing flowers.
