One day a young intelligent boy named Nokoru Imonoyama, the heir of the Imonoyama Zaibatsu, saw an old lady crying while flying around Tokyo Tower. That night, Nokoru visited her and gave her flowers. When Nokoru asked why she was crying, the woman told him about her husband's brother trying to buy her property. Later on, Nokoru, Suoh, and Akira (who make up the Elementary Student Council) agreed to help the lady.
Shortly afterwards, Nokoru was able to made a deal with the brother, who was about to fall in Tokyo Tower. After that incident, the Elementary Student Council president, Nokoru, made a decision to help all the women in the world and formed The CLAMP Campus Detectives!
CLAMP Gakuen Tanteidan is about Nokoru Imonoyama, Suoh Takamura, and Akira Ijuin. Nokoru is the "kaicho" or leader of the detectives and the chairman of the elementary student council, while Suoh is the secretary, and Akira as the treasurer. They build a group which they first made to protect women, in school or anywhere else, but in the end they end up also helping Idomu.
