Character Description: Dr. Isaac Gilmore
Dr. Isaac Gilmore was one of many scientists tricked into building cyborgs from unwilling subjects. When the scientists discovered this, they helped the cyborgs escape. Dr. Isaac is now the only one of the scientists that is still alive, and he is spending his days helping the cyborgs bring justice to the world.
