Rem is loyal to Misa and does anything she says. Whe would even die for her, that's just how much she cares for Misa. She hates Light because Misa loves him. She even threatens to kill Light after he said he wanted to kill Misa. Other than that, she just sticks close to Misa and helps out when needed.

I don't think Rem is a Lesbian. If anything I think her view point is more a maternal view. Plus I believe that Gelus was her friend so by proxy, took up looking after the stupid girl. >.<

I love Ryuk, but Ryuk is mean when he killed Light, Rem is much nicer. Its sad how her life ended because of Light (still love Light). I really think Rem didnt want to kill anyone. Although it did upset me when she killed Watari and L. And it disappointed me when Ryuk killed Light.
