Character Description: Quillish Wammy Watari
Watari is the only man who knows L's face or where he is. Watari is also the man who created the orphanage. Watari started the orphanage, it is known as Wammy's house, to care for genius orphans. When Mello, Matt, Near, and L were young, Watari passed on cases to them, and being the geniuses that they are, they would solve the cases and pass them back to Watari. When L grew up he became an investor with the help of Watari
Watari appears to be a well mannered gentleman who's highly intelligent and has a close connection to L.
