Character Description: Vivian Kudo
Yukiko Kudo is Shinichi's mother. She is a well-known actress, and a good friend of Sharon Vinyard- famous Hollywood star. She lives in the US with her husband, Yusaku. Yukiko is an elegant woman, and thinks Shinichi and Ran are a good match.
Usually Yukiko is quite calm, but when she's in a hurry, she will drive her car a bit fast. Shinichi and Yusaku have to get used to this habit of hers. Her nickname in the US is 'Night Baroness' because she's the wife of Yusaku Kudo, who wrote a mystery novel titled 'Night Baron'.
Yukiko is also a detective. Yukiko solved the dissapearance of her husband, Yuusaku, when Shinichi was still a baby. (Shinichi helped too.) She's called the "Night Baroness" in America.
