Timcanpy is General Cross's imp. He gives it to Allen when he leaves for HG. He can see, but as far as I know he does not have eyes. He can show someone what he has seen.
At first it seems like he doesn't have feelings, but when Allen was passed out after a snow slide, Timcanpy went to go get help.
He also lisens to Allen and does as he says.

My nickname for him is the banana phone XD I made an amv about him. I never thought about him looking about the snich from Harry Potter. I never noticed but he looks just like it. Also, they have a page for Timcanpy and yet they dont have one for the Millenium Earl? A golem means more than the main bad dude?
