Character Description: Tai Kamiya
Tai is the leader of the first digi-destined team. Actually, in the last part of season one, Gennai (their guide) tells them that they weren't the first (but to viewers, they were). Tai was the first of the D-01 (digi-destined team 01) to find a crest, his being the Crest of Courage.
Tai's relationship with Matt was the one most explored in the TV series. Matt, being the rebel type, did not enjoy being led around, and when Tai was nice to T.K., Matt got jealous and upset. (T.K. is Matt's little brother). And always, Tai fought back. But in the end, Tai and Matt became closer through their struggles.
Tai is currently in High School, and helps the D-02 (Digidestined team 02) whenever they ask for his advice, as well as lending Agumon's impressive firepower as Greymon when worst comes to worst. Tai loves soccer a little too much, and has a crush on Sora. Also, in the last part of season two, it shows the Digidestined when they're adults. Tai becomes a ambassador, as does Agumon.
