Character Description: Balon
Leader of the special forces team sent by Waldess to retrieve the stolen data card, Balon was a handsome young man with premature, shoulder-length gray hair. Along with Zak and three others (A, B, and C), Balon tangled with Kei and Yuri to try and steal back the card (the previous W.W.W.A. agent that had stolen it had been killed by Balon and his team), but they ultimately failed and were arrested.
Later, however, Balon and Zak and the other three apparantly got out of jail, as they were sent by Waldess to kill the comatose Professor Kapps before he could recover and testify against G.C.N. Once again, they failed, and were arrested a second time, and were never seen again.
