The story is situated in the Penguin Village. The principal character of this anime is the robot girl Arale Norimaki, who has an extraordinary force. Her friends are Akane Kimidori (her classmate) and Suppaman (a stupid superhero).

This anime is very funny. Son Goku, Blue Shogun, Murasaki Sergeant, and the powerful Shen-ron also appear.
