Character Description: Android 13
Android 13 was one of the androids that appeared in Dragon Ball Z movie 7. He was created by Dr. Gero's computer, and was programmed to kill Goku. He has a southern accent. He absorbed components from his fellow androids to increase his size and power. Android 13 is defeated by Goku's spirit bomb.
