Broly is the Legendary Super Saiyan featured in Movie 8. He wears white pants and has a red rope-like item around his waist. Broly was born on the same day as Goku, but with a power level of 10,000 (a super Saiyan)!

Broly is pure evil and is, in my opinion, the strongest villain ever. Broly is also featured in his own movie called Broly The Legendary Super Saiyan.

Broly escaped the explosion of planet Vegeta in an energy bubble of Broly's. He and his father escaped just in the nick of time.

The only thing that ever controlled Broly's power was a mind control head band from Broly: The Legendary Super Saiyan, which was controlled by his father, Paragus. It also broke in that movie (this is why his hair is always yellow in the movies/saga following it).

Broly and the Z Fighters battle on a planet that Broly's dad called New Vegeta. Broly was defeated by Goku after being punched in the stomach and he exploded.

Broly does not appear during any of the Dragon Ball Z sagas. He appears in Movie 8: Valliant Fight, Violent Fight, Super Exciting Fight!

Broly was born on planet Vegeta. His combat power was just over 10,000, unheard of for a newborn. This amount of power frightened King Vegeta who had Broly and his father, Paragas, put to death and thrown out with the trash. As Frieza launched his death ball, the Planet Broly's latent power brought them back to life.

Broly grew up with a violent power and hate for Goku. This, in turn with his father's scheme to take over Earth, unleashed his power. If the Z- Fighters (Gohan, Piccolo, Mari Trunks, and Vegeta) had not given their energy to Goku he would have died.

Broly then appeared again in Movie 10, where he was defeated by Gohan, Goten, and a specter form of Goku. Broly died by disintegrating in the sun. To better understand Broly's rage see if you can find Movies 8 and 10. Broly's clone makes an appearance in movie 11.

Being born with a power level of 10,000 (ten thousand), Broly was feared from the moment he was born. Unfortunately, because of his immense power, he was ordered dead by King Vegeta that same day. Paragus, being Broly's father and all, tried to stop King Vegeta from killing his son, but in the end his plan failed and resulted in his execution too. Thankfully enough for the both of them, Frieza decided he had had enough of the Saiyan race and destroyed the planet. Broly managed to harness his inner power and liberated him and his father from the blast.

As the years passed, Broly became more and more... destructive, if you will, destroying absolutely every thing in his path. At one point, Paragus was so scared and threatened by his own son that he had a scientist craft a device (the slave crown) to control Broly's power. Broly woke up as Paragus was about to put it on him. They fought for a moment but Paragus got it on. That day nearly ended in death, but they both pulled through.

Thirty years after the destruction of planet Vegeta, Paragus went to Earth to get Prince Vegeta to a planet supposedly called "New Vegeta". Paragus eventually persuaded him to come and Paragus's devious scheme was in motion. Not that long after everyone arrived on the planet and Vegeta left with Broly to Totocama, Goku (AKA Kakarrot, showed up looking for the Super Saiyan destroying the South Galaxy.

When Vegeta and Broly return, Broly and Goku get into a bit of a stand off, thus fueling Broly's hatred. That same night Broly attacks Goku while he's asleep. Broly is eventually stopped by Paragus and taken back to the palace. Goku figures out that Broly is the Legendary Super Saiyan. The next day Vegeta goes to leave but Goku interrupts him by telling him and Paragus he knows Broly is the Legendary Super Saiyan. Trunks, Gohan, and Krillin then show up and foil Paragus's plan entirely. After Paragus is done flapping his gums, Broly then loses it and goes after Goku again, but this time he manages to break the slave crown, resulting in him transforming into the Legendary Super Saiyan form (at half power).

Round one of the battle between Goku, Trunks (Future Trunks}, Gohan, and Broly begins. After "round one", Master Roshi shows up to "help", but that fails in the end too. Broly then decides that he should destroy the slave's home planet, which he does. After which, the battle resumes. When the Z-Fighters have all been knocked down, Broly powers up to full power, and he then tries to kill Gohan, but Piccolo shows up and stops him. He then proceeds to give every one a senzu bean. Then the battle between resumes. Around this time Vegeta enters the battle for a brief moment, and Broly ends up killing Paragus. Broly is eventually defeated by Goku when he absorbs the powers of Piccolo, Trunks, Vegeta and his son, Gohan. Goku then punches into Broly's stomach causing, what looks like, Broly's body to explode.

BUT THAT IS NOT THE END OF OUR FAMED SUPER SAIYAN! Broly was not killed that day. Instead, Broly managed to escape in a one man pod. He eventually crashed on Earth a couple of days or so later. Unfortunately, Broly slips into a coma and is then frozen in ice for seven years. After the seven years come and go, Broly breaks free of his icy prison when he hears the cries of young Goten. Mistaking Goten and Trunks {Younger Trunks} for Goku and Future Trunks, Broly, blind with rage, tries to kill both of them (including Videl!}.

After a long and difficult battle, the two boys eventually run out of spunk to keep up the assault on Broly. Broly tries to finish them off with one last Kai Blast (Energy Blast), but Gohan interferes. Broly then powers up to full power Legendary Saiyan. Gohan and Broly duke it out for a while when Gohan eventually breaks free from Broly's clutches. Gohan uses his Kamehameha wave along side his younger brother. Unable to defeat Broly, Goten "wishes" in his head that his dad were here {Trunks and Goten were looking for the DragonBalls and all seven of them are laying off to the side at this point}.

A spirit mentor of Goku shows up, and together, Goku, Gohan, and Goten use their most powerful Kamehameha wave. At that same moment, Trunks interferes by throwing his own little Kai Blast, weakening Broly's when it hits. The Kamehameha wave breaks through Broly's blast, he puts up a force field, it fails, he is shot back at the sun, his heart explodes and his body disintegrates. What a horrible way to die....
