Character Description: Chiaotzu
Chiaotzu is a telepath with various mental powers like mind reading and telekinesis. A former student of the vengeful Crane Hermit, Chiaotzu battled Krillin in the 22nd World Martial Arts tournament. He lost when Krillin outwits him because Chiaotzu didn’t know how to count.
He and his friend, Tien, would find out their master was evil and side with Master Roshi and Goku. While Tien got stronger in Dragon Ball Z, Chiaotzu wouldn’t become as strong. Eventually he stopped fighting all together and his role in the shows diminished after Dragon Ball Z Freiza Saga. He still trains with Tien anyway.
