Character Description: Chibi
Chibi is a cute dragon who is believed to be some kind of a protector of a parallel world. Chibi can also transform into a much bigger dragon, however this power is discovered later in the anime.
Another interesting thing about this little guy is that when Chibi's going to fly his wings can increase at least twice there normal size. This comes in very handy quite a bit in the show.
