Character Description: Chihaya
Earthian is a story involving two angles from the planet Eden. One is a plus checker, and one a minus checker. Chihaya is a plus checker.
They are assigned the task of evaluating humans to add to the larger tally, which is made up of votes that decide whether or not the humans should continue to live.
