Character Description: Dr. Kabapu
Kabapu is the head of the Safety Assurance Agency that opposes Across. He is also a man that is always ready to put himself up to the name of justice, and that is why he drafted some young, fresh warriors.
Kabapu wears a fake moustache, which fell off one time and rotated another time.
