Durarara RP

This is my first role play that I have created on this site as I have just registered today, so I hope this goes well!
So anyway...
I made this role play because I couldn't find Durarara on the site so I just thought I'd make one instead; so yeah here it is!
Rules
1.Your allowed to be an actually character from the anime but you have to write a profile for that character.
2.Of course everyone is allowed to make their own character into anything they like; any species they want!
3.Don't make too much characters you can't handle, so in other words don't make too much characters and then forget about them because then it will just have been a waste of time making that character.
4.The setting is set in Ikeburuko.
5.You can't kill other people's characters without their permission but you can kill your own if you make the death reasonable.
6.If you want to quit then at least say you are going to because its kind of cold just to leave without saying anything
! Also if for some reason you won't be online.
7.PM me if you have any questions

8.You can make your own colour gang or stay with the original ones. If you do make new gangs then you will be the gang leader but PM me first so I can post the gangs along with the others on here and so that I can record the population of the gang.
9.Relationships between characters are encourage!
10.And finally, you don't have to know the anime to join! As long as you don't mind spoilers if you consider watching the anime.
11.Tell me if you plan to start a gang fight.
12.Anyone can join any gang they like.
