((Okay, I'm SO sorry about making you guys wait like this! I've just started getting really busy, and I understand it if you're extremely mad at me, but I'm not going to let this happen again. I'm sorry! I'm really, really sorry! Okay, so the opening should be in the Hall of the Dragon Knights, and the Knights are arguing about how they can possibly defeat the Shadow without a Knight of Fire. A "messenger" I guess I'll call him comes in and tells the Knights assembled that an old woman (Amalthea's mother Gabriel (I'll take care of that part, she's not there for very long)) claims to have found the missing Knight. Gabriel is escorted in with a young woman (Amalthea) and is asked the whereabouts of the missing Knight, to which she reveals that her daughter is the Knight. I don't remember if I said this or not, but each Knight has a defining mark on their right shoulder, which identifies that 1) they are a Knight, and 2) which element they wield. In Amalthea's case, it's a Dragon's eye surrounded by flames-it's small, but noticeable. I'll start with Amalthea and her mother, Gabriel, walking to the Court of the Dragon Knights. The Dragon Knights refused to let her join them, and soon after, they began to travel to fight the Shadow-and Amalthea followed. I hope that's all okay.))

Gabriel: Stand up a little straighter-pretend you're visiting a royal! They don't like slouchers. I wish you hadn't been working today-you're filthy; I thought I told you NOT to do any work today. You're hardly presentable as you are.

The young girl walking beside her mother was silent throughout old Gabriel's nagging. Old Gabriel was known as the village's mother-she nagged everybody, but she nagged Amalthea the most. Amalthea wasn't really her daughter-she'd taken Amalthea in after the Shadow had passed through the neighboring village. Amalthea had been seven, then, and very lucky. The Shadow was never particularly picky, and anybody, let alone a child, that was left alive after the Shadow attacked was either very lucky or very special. They reached the Court's doors and were greeted by a young boy of ten or eleven years. He bowed in respect before questioning them. Gabriel told the boy-Balthazar, he said was his name-that she had found the Fire-Wielder, and his eyes became huge. He beckoned them inside and bade them to wait in the cavernous hallway as he shuffled towards a large door carved from mahogany at the end. Amalthea fidgeted nervously.

Gabriel: Don't fidget, it's unbecoming of a lady-or a Knight. Stop playing with your hair, it's as good as it will get right now. I do wish you hadn't worn your work clothes here-I wish you hadn't worked at all today-I could've managed without the help today.

((I'm going to post the bio for the Dragon that will be Amalthea's companion later on really quick. I'm sorry-I'm really unorganized.T_T))

Name: Theia
Age and Gender: Female, 205 years
Appearance: Her scales are mostly red-the spines on her back are orange, her eyes are gold, and her scales glitter yellow in the sunlight.
Race: Dragon
Powers and Abilities: She is Dragon to the Fire-Wielder, and, therefore, a Fire Dragon. Theia can not only manipulate Fire, she can enhance Amalthea's Fire-Wielding abilities when needed. She can manipulate the temperature around her and her Knight to become unbearably hot, but not for a long period of time-it drains her energy and ability to manipulate Fire. Some of her more powerful attacks drain her energy slightly. When she cannot use her Fire-Wielding abilities, she has her razor sharp claws and teeth.
Status: Until Amalthea finds her, and until she decides to let Amalthea ride her, Theia is considered a rogue. She is well-known amongst the Dragon Courts as being very strong-willed and very proud, but also very powerful. However, the Dragons of the Court do not trust her, and the Knights' Dragons share the Court's mistrust.
Bio: Theia was born some time after the first Knights had been chosen. She did not know, for a long time, that she was a Chosen Fire Dragon. Many things were kept from her that she is now determined to find out about. Theia is, unknowingly, the descendant of the Shadow Fire Dragon Hellfire, the once Noble Dragon who was wooed, along with his Knight, into heading the armies of the Shadow. She was taught all she knows of Fire from an old rogue Dragon sage that she found while exploring a cave. After discovering that her powers had been kept from her, Theia never returned. She would have eventually inherited Hellfire's place on the Knights' Court, if she could prove that she could be trusted, but that right did not come to her because she ran away. When she first meets Amalthea, she does not consider Amalthea worthy enough to be a Fire-Wielder, and she does not think highly of the idea that Amalthea is her intended Knight. When she does finally get over herself, the next obstacle is overcoming the distrust radiating from the other Dragons and their Knights. She is the first female Dragon to be Chosen for the Knight's Court.

Kaereli stood by the entrance to the hall where the Dragon Knights were. She has sensed someone important was coming and she waited patiently, in human form, dressed her royal dress (as in my pic) with her hair up elegantly. She crossed her arms and looked vaguely bored, her cool blue eyes scanning the hall lazily. The see through veils attached to her dress fluttered slightly in a invisible breeze. She looked down to where Gabriel and Amalthea were following Balthazar. She frowned slightly and began to walk elegantly down towards them, her dress flowing out behind her. She looked at Gabriel and Amalthea suspiciously
"Who is this Balthazar?" she asked, her voice sweet and silky.

Balthazar: *falters for a moment before answering* "This is Gabriel, and I believe she stated that the young woman with her was her daughter. She claims to bring information on the missing Knight." Balthazar replied, bowing, and gesturing for the two women with him to do the same. Gabriel bent as far as her old back would let her, and her daughter curtsied, unstable and clumsy.

Gabriel: "Meaning no offense, my lady, but I don't intend to completely divulge the reason of my visit with you. I believe that should be a matter for the Knights, seeing as how they seem to be missing one." Gabriel said politely. Her daughter rolled her eyes as she wearily straightened herself, afraid to fall over. Apart from being prone to nagging, her mother had always been known for a strong will and a sharp tongue. She only hoped that this time it would not lead them into trouble. "You'll excuse my daughter, I hope-she's not the talkative type, and is less likely to speak in front of strangers than usual." Gabriel added, gesturing towards Amalthea.

"despite it being a matter on the knights, on behalf of the elven council, i would also like to request to be part of this meeting" Luriyu said courtiously, as he had appeared from the shadows in the hall way. although an obvious flaunt of his ability, he alwaysed used it as a reminder that they were not alwayse alone in the alliance and in the courts.
