I watched two movies, I think, of R.O.D. I loved one of the villain guys who had the Goku stick that let him fly on the clouds. Sadly, my knowledge of DB or DBZ is veeery limited. I only watched the 1st ep. c'mon!

This anime had a ridiculous plot line and twists. But it still was pretty awesome because of the way in which it was executed. It was a smart anime and had a really good ending. I love almost all the characters: The paper, Ms Deep(good sweet god was she hot or what? When they were both on screen, the mind boggling possibilities nearly made me faint.) and Joker-san. Yah i really enjoyed the DBZ reference though. Overall this is one of the smartest and coolest animes i have ever seen. I would recommend this to anyone.

"My name's miss Deep. Yeah,I know it makes me sound like a porno Star."

Ha ha haha, that's japan for you. Big jugs and a good storyline. Just kidding. And I'm NOT a lesbo. Vash and Zoro are hott.

It just sounded like i was a lesbo (no offense to the ones who are, i'm down with that) when i remarked about how masculine Japanese anime artists are. *laughs behind hand* Lots of testosterone working, eh?

My anime group had a big laugh when they heard that quote from ms.deep. HA HA ha ha :D

Lol, I know what you mean. The lead characters most times are more often "pretty" rather than kick ass. Almost always guys look more like girls.

Yeah. The special anime eyes give the feminine traits to characters. But that doesn't make them Less hotter, sometimes. Whoo HOO! 8)

This is mentioned in the OVA - Genjo Sanzo was an actual Buddhist priest who traveled from Asia to India to retrieve a sacred scroll. He was also the basis for the novel Saiyuki, upon which the anime of that same title is based.

I think that R.O.D is a great show because I also love to read but not as much as I like to calculus

Okay, this was bothering me a little...I was wondering exactly what does Yomiko do to the paper to make it into weapons? Is it kind of like what they do on Full Metal Alchemist?
I was just wondering... I've seen the movie.. They showed it on Cartoon network on X-mas. And also.. the lady who called herself nancy, Is that her at the end?
