This place does need some new moderators. The whole forum needs a bit of a clean out to be honest. It's too cluttered.

Why did the mods such as OtakuMetalHead lose their mod powers

She may well have resigned on her own, deciding she didn’t have adequate time to devote to it. For those of you who think it is all fun and games and "power," think again. It can be a major pain in the butt.

For what it is worth, "mod powers" consist of locking and moving threads. The Webmaster can undo anything we do. Think about that and then think of all the harassment and threatening posts we get and then ask yourself again why you want to be a Moderator.

You can determine, anytime who is a moderator by going to the bottom of any forum page (not the bottom of a thread page) and clicking on "moderators.
