Personally I like HHH. His attitude and characters have always been entertaining, and he can be funny.
But...if you mean all the history of the WWE, even going back to the WWF...I'd have to say Vinnie Romeo. That man could get defeated like nobody's business week after week. He made all his foes shine--and a number of them needed the help in that regard.

Of course, Nick Patrick is better than all of them. He knows how to ham it up better than anyone.
