you lot keep on saying that i havent done this properly and then when i said i should give up you say no! i cant exactly go and make another one otherwise this is a pointless topic unless someone deletes it so i cant start again. if this isnt deleted and i start again that would be clogging up and we dont want that.

what i wanted to say is that you should not give up at all. For this time you're right giving up, but you could still ask in a couple of month when you have proven yourself to be the riht person for this position .
