How do you beat bosses?

Does anyone have any little tricks that help you beat bosses?

Mine is I put on music and mute the game, it helps me take mind mind off it. When I focus to hard on the game I always lose

Bosses are always a pain. It depends on what kind of boss I'm facing and how far I am thru the game. If the boss is some kind of gargantuan monster, then I get really excited and overkill him. If the boss is of dramatic elements, I kind of start to feel genuine hatred for the boss, like the main character of the game would, and this drives me to victroy. In a nutshell, whenever I fight a boss, I try to become embraced by the game and use this expereince as a fun way to win.

for me if i can't beat them the first time i jsut keep on training more until i beat the boss

Same deal here but I always go all out except for the final bosses then I go at half strenth on those guys until I know for sure that I'm at the final form then I go all out with what I got left Mega Man games are really bad when it comes to that (darn you Sigma and Dr.Weil.... )

It depends on what game you play. For example i'll use zelda, when i fight someone like ganon or majora i'm very nervous. So i pack a lot of faries and right before the battle starts i pause the game and make peanut butter jelly sandwhich. (i'm weird that way.)

yeah, you are. j/k you know I'm kidding. anyway, for longe-range bosses I strategize and once I've done that I use that until I beat them or beat them at their own game. with close range bosses I go up in their face and start beatin' the livin' crap out of them. With final bosses I give a combination of the two. strategize in a way that lets me kick the crap out of him.

My true colours gaming colours come out when I'm in a boss battle
But not with the stupid griffin from PoP Warrior Within!!! I hate that griffin!! It's AI is great and it's super hard to beat! I've beaten it once- then I accidently saved over the file And you can only use the eye of the storm attacks against it, so you have to wait for the sand tanks to refill and that takes time, and to make it worst it's life regenerates, so it's 2 steps forward and 1 step back. Those battle are the most frustrating! Even my music can't help me now, I have to bring out the big guns, I have to taunt it!!

i always let the battle go on long,because it's the last boss,so the longer it takes,the closer and more intense the battle is.although sometimes i have to take it easy on them,which kinda makes it a little less fun...i hate it when i have to hold back on the boss of the game so i don't win too easily...

lol pretty much everyone does......when i play against bosses, if i can't beat them the first time, i keep trying until i eventually beat it or i get so mad that i throw the controller on the floor and get ready to throw my tv out the window...but then i remember that it is the only tv i can play games on and i stop and shut off the system and not play the game for a couple of months

lol when ever i fight a "boss" its usually a suped up hero and i have an entire army in my command

that is the beuty of an rts game

well when i fight a boss out side of an rts game i usually try to get pumped up and if i do that i can do L337 m0v35, likee duck throw grenafde hide behind wall jump over pull out melee and boom dead bossy

If I cant beat a boss the first time I use a different Stradegy(Sp?) all the time until I find one the most effective.
When I fight a boss for the first time, I end up seeing all there moves...unless I know its weakness already ^_^ (Its good sometimes when a friend is ahead of you in a game)

I do combonation for some boses and games I mute the game and put on music others(like shinobi)I just get so into it I end up overkilling the boss(I got an A rank agaisnt him I feel so specail ^_^)uhhh and I almost always go ;ike 1/4 of my full strength for like 5 tries then I go all out once I'm sure I've got there stragity down
