Are games getting crap?

some of the new games which come out and easy to complete or are complete crap what is do you think?

Some are getting better (MGS3, DMC3, Samurai Legend)
But some are definately getting worse (everything else)

It is not a matter of them "getting crap". The answer is simple, not all gamers are too skillfull in playing and gamemakers know that and have known that always, therefor there are hard games, and easy games. And some games made for both so you can choose difficulty. So the games arent getting bad (If you count GTA aside, lol), the gamemakers are just making both easy and hard games for different players so all people can play games.

me and kadaj had this convo yesterday ^_^ and i agree, few are better, (see kais post) and the final fantasies have gotten crap since 7 (10 is the only exeption)

Its all a matter of taste, skill and style. I could call games bad but they wouldnt be bad too all people. Some people like games that are simple with bad graphics and no storyline, some like it complicated with alot of storyline. Some like alot of action, some like no action at all. Some play NES, others play Gamecube,PS2 and Xbox. Everybody likes different games like I said above so actually, you can say a game is bad, but that would only mean YOU think its bad. Hope you guys got it now

I say it is all perception. the new rating system is helping though. Like with the age 10 games we won't play because of the age. it would seem like childish. There is a funny thing about this topic and that funny thing is its exactly like Decline flash movies on http://www.newgrounds.com search for it and the makers are the_super_flash_bros.
