Suikoden V

I was wondering if anyone has played this game yet? If you haven't you should.

Any fan of this series will love this game, some say it's even better than Suikoden II. Even if you haven't played the series, check it out.

i've only played the First Suikoden, on the PS1. do i need to play any other Suikoden, or is this a game unto itself? (like the FF series)

No, luckily this game takes place just before the first Suikoden. But to play the other Suikoden's besides V you don't really need to play them in any order..

i've played it, its a pretty good game, the battles are alright, its your basic RPG with several hundred characters, thats the best draw point of the game. Having so many characters so you can pick your favorites and make the best party, plus having the fact that special moves open for certain pairs is also added excitement.

there is a new one in the make, its graphics are alot better, as for the story and game play i'm not sure, but it looks promising nonetheless.
