In Anime, why does the tips of the characters' hair always go BEHIND the eyeball?

This is an animation error, it doesn't happen in all anime. But it does happen.

Even I was thinking about that..but someone said it right, that maybe the animators feel that the eyes are more important than the hair..and yeah, I also agree with that..and yeah, dont think about it...hehe ^^

Yeah i've seen this too, but it's a cartoon. and all sorts happen in cartoons. but then you can get realisic anime and you will find none of that;) it's usealey the really bloody anime what has the real effects.
