Sonic Rush Adventure

While many of the recent Sonic the Hedgehog games have been unqualified bummers, the 2005 release of Sonic Rush for the DS was one of the rare exceptions of the past few years, delivering the kind of high-speed 2D fun that made the Sonic games so singularly memorable in the first place. Earlier this week, Sega revealed that it's following up its earlier DS success with Sonic Rush Adventure. It's certainly heartening to see a sequel to Sonic Rush, but the addition of "Adventure" to that title makes me a little nervous. I'm just hoping it's more Sonic Rush and less Sonic Adventure.

Silly name I think, and I fear if they try and replicate the awesomeness of Sonic Adventure in Sonic Rush style they'll most likely just screw everything up. >_< You can't mix 2D and 3D series, SEGA! We want a Sonic Rush 2! Right?

Actually, the replication of Sonic Adventure in a 2D would be pretty cool I guess.. there would be less miss-judgeing of gaps when you go to jump over something, and there wouldn't be that camera angle that simply doesn't want you to see where you're going.. And, I suppose the control wont be kind of slippery, like Shadow the Hedgehog was (It was still pretty fun to play though ) I'm going to get Sonic Rush 2 /Adventure (whichever they decide on) either way,

looks good.the first one was enjoyable,but ya,i also hope there are more than 2 playable characters,like adding Tails for example.he hasn't been playable since Sonic adventure 2 and he was played in a differet way than what you'd expect in a Sonic game,but was still pretty cool.

Actually, I think Shadow the Hedgehog had the best controls and the best camera of all the 3D Sonic games I've played (Sonic Adventure, Sonic Adventure 2, and Shadow).

Yes he has, he's playable in all the Sonic Advance games and Sonic Battle.

Shadow's camera was pretty good, but you didnt notice the amount of traction when you jump sometimes? He kinda slips a bit.. I've about fell off of some stages because of that, lol
