"That's a good idea, he's so forgetful, really I don't know what to do with that fool." Kaoru sighed while putting a hand on her cheek, then putting a hand on Damashii's shoulder. "You should wait till tomorrow though, it's getting quite late and I wouldn't want you out and about on your own." Standing up she patted her bottom while motioning for him to follow her.

"Come on I'll show you where you get the pleasure of sleeping, and the bath and kitchen."

Hmm..Naw after all the trouble I caused.I'll be right back ok Miss Kaoru-sama."He smiled,using his fighting speed to disappear and reappear with the tofu bowl in his hand."I really need to stop using my speed..i'm worn out now.."he simply said,placing the bowl down infront of him and falling out on the ground

Kaoru gasped before rushing to him and kneeling down. "You shouldn't push yourself and I already said it was fine!" shaking her head she held a hand for him to get up.

Kenshin walked over to them. "Is everything alright?"

Kaoru sighed. "He was being silly that's all, come on Shii lets get you up and to your room."

Damashii flips to his feet,almost falling back down,but catching himself"I"m ok!"He said loudly,laughing softly"Now..where is the bed?"

Kaoru looked at him, he was acting so strangly. "This way." She waved her hand and turned walking down the small wooden floor towards the guest rooms that the dojo had. She didn't get it, why was he being so...weird?

He sighed,softly looking around putting a serious look back on his face as he was in thought again.

She glanced back at him before shaking her head, it was too much in one night to pry into another mans life. Besides what business of it was hers, just like for Kenshin, his past is his past and his thoughts are his own she didn't have any right to them.

"It's not much," she stated while opening up the screen door and going inside the dark room. "But I think it'll suit you. If you need anything my room is just a few doors down and Kenshin's is just next door. Also dinner should be soon, I can smell Kenshin's cooking we'll be eating outdoors tonight!" she smiled while bowing. "I'll go get your bedding."

He smiled,shaking his head,and walking into the room"No need for right now i'll get it later ok?..Just call me when food is ready..."He chuckled,closing the door behind him as he sat down,leaning against the wall."What a night..

Kaoru was a bit surprised but decided to let it go, what a strange man one minute he's acting normal and the next he's so...strange is the best word to put it she supposed.

Sniffing the air she smiled, Kenshin was making miso soup again but it'll be nice to share with a new friend. Kaoru walked over to him and kneeled down. "Kenshin it smells fantastic."

"Thank you Ms. Kaoru, I wish I had some burrdock roots but I managed that I did. How is our new guest?" Kenshin inquired while looking towards the dojo.

Kaoru made a face. "I'm not sure, he's acting strangely but it's not bad or anything just...strange."

Damashii sighed,closing his eyes again."Its so nice to have somebody who cares about you so much."he said to himself"I wish I had someone like that..."

Kaoru patted Kenshins shoulder before nodded towards the dojo's housing. Kenshin stood up and put his hands inside his shirt as he walked quietly to the room where Damashii was staying. Tapping on the door Kenshin spoke up.

"Excuse me, dinner is ready that it is."

Damashii opened the door,wiping his eyes like he was crying again as he put a smile on his face and laughed softly"Oh it is?..Thanks for telling me..umm where do we eat again?

Kenshin turned and headed towards the small outdoors pit. "We're eating outside tonight, I thought it would be a good idea since tonight is a perfect night that it is." He remarked.

Kaoru stood up, with a bowl in her hand its steam rising up. "Here you go Damashii the first serving, always to our newest guests. Please come sit!" she smiled happily while motioning to the small pads on the ground.

Kenshin went at sat himself down on the opposite side.

He sat in the spot where Kaoru was patting and he smiled,taking the bowl as he begins to eat slowly"Thank you Miss Kaoru and thank you Kenshin for making this food."He said quickly,looking around"Such a nice night

"Isn't it?" Kaoru looked up before returning to pouring the stew for Kenshin and herself.

"There is no need to thank me, that there is not. It is Ms. Kaoru who deserves our thanks." Kenshin stated while taking the bowl from her.

Kaoru blushed and seated herself, sipping at the soup. "So Damashii where are you from exactly?"
