I've forgotten, but if you google it i'm sure something will come up. There's a big law suit. It could be an accident thought...but I doubt it. Those guys are genius musicians so it isnt like they need to plagiarise. Maybe there is some other reason, or maybe it was a mighty coincidence.

Heh, guess that pretty much completely contradicted my statement that it held their original sound. If it's a big lawsuit, it must be a pretty hardcore coincidence or else it would never hold up in a court of law. Sounds a bit fishy to me. RHCP, you've failed me.

Heh, no, I meant which original song did Red Hot Chili Peppers steal material from? Googeling it I found out that the song is Tom Petty's 'Mary Jane's Last Dance.'

Why the [censored] would they do that though? Impossible for them to not get caught :s
