It was one of the earliest episodes I think where Bulma decides to take Goku on her quest to find the Dragonballs, anyway, Bulma sends out a capsule house and Goku is wary of every single thing in it. I loved that episode it was so funny...

I noticed as the series grew it became more serious... I'm not sure if that was a good thing or a bad thing O.o;

I think it was a good thing, it shows the Dragonball Z is also for older and mature people like us.
