For me, nothing beats the 80's cartoons. He-man, Thundercats, Transformers, GI joe, Silver Hawks, Galaxy Rangers...the list goes on. They don't make cartoons like they used to..

As a child, I was obsessed with Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. My favorite was Zack, the original Black Ranger. I also loved the villains (since they were so lame that they were funny) and Bulk & Skull.

I remember being the only student from my class who despised Tommy (which won me a lot of hatred from my fellow classmates). The guy was a terrible character. He had special powers that the other Rangers didn't have, was forgiven very easily for nearly killing the Rangers, had virtually no flaws in his personality, was a glory hog, and had a love interest who he shared a nauseatingly sweet relationship with (Kimberly). Talk about being a Marty-Stu.

The Rugrats was another one of my favorite shows. I liked Phil & Lil the most, and I'm probably in the minority who enjoyed Angelica (she was funny in her spoiled, bratty kid role).

I liked Hey Arnold as well. The borders were fun characters, as were Arnold's grandparents (Arnold's grandmother clearly had dementia). Helga was neat, too. She should have gotten over her Arnold obsession, though. She was too good for him *waves Helga x Phoebe flag*

Another show I enjoyed was Rocko's Modern Life. The humor in it was ace. Like many, my favorite character was Heffer. In fact, I have a doll of him somewhere in the basement of my house (I should try finding it someday).

Kennan & Kel and All That were other favorites of mine (though I grew fed up with All That after the original cast members left the show). I also liked the Nickelodeon version of Doug (even at the age of six, I knew Mr. Dink was a pedophile).
