Telling people nicely how great their drawings are, when really they're poor as [censored], doesn't make them better.

It's like when someone is [censored] up mentally in the brain, making them feel comfortable and like the real world is a fluffy paradise doesn't prepare them for the tough [censored] that the real world really is.

This is meant to be constructive criticism, not completely destroy someones spirit. Plus I'm sure your first pieces weren't that good either.

If you don't like her drawings, that's fine, but unless you have feedback concerning how she can improve, then your opinion doesn't really amount to anything.

I'm not sure calling her character an 'ugly betch' and writing in obnoxiously large font while trying to be funny really merits any sort of concern of her artistic traits at all.

Anyway, ignore Aiden, Chesire Cat, GG and the latter of Demyx's first post. I actually really like your drawing. I think it's cute. Keep working at it =).

but if its not, the head is to big hun. Mind you my pics arnt that good lmao, so i dont know how much I should be saying. The body could be more defined, if shes a younger girl she needs a more boyish shape rather than jus boobs. if she is a older girl then she needs boobs, waist and hips, like an hour glass. and legs and arms are never jus straight lines, i nearly always made this mistake when starting off. they have curves, like any other part of ya body. they thin at the elbow a little then thin more at the wrist. legs have like a bubble where the knee is, then thin at the ankles. The arms need to be longer and when you draw the facial features, draw the head shape, then draw a line midway down it. thats the eye line. the colours and feet look good. hair is shaded well.

and dont get upset by those who are mean huni they just don't know how to be nice obviously

Yeah, therefore being I didn't post them. They look too much like dog throw up that I don't bother. Nor, did my first drawings exist during the period of this thread being here. I could draw something though and laugh my ass off at the amazingly rude and "ignorant" [censored] you people would post. I would probably even tell myself how [censored] I draw.

Actually the next time I get on a computer that I can plug my camera into I'll show you my drawings. [-(

Well I would like to see them. But Aiden remember this. There are styles of drawing, not everyone draws the same or should. Different styles means more interesting drawings.

Also the only people who would laugh and bash your work are the people who want a reaction out of you or want to carry on what you and others started here to there, so don't worry about them.

Personally, I love seeing peoples first pictures. I think I can sit here and say (type?) with a straight face that no ones first art pieces are that good.

It's not how good your first art piece is, it's how you learn from it and how far you can take it.

I love seeing first pieces, because later on you can look back and see just how much ground has been covered and really how much has been learned since then. I look back at my first P.O.S. drawing, which is HORRIBLE, but it gives me great pride because it shows just how much better I've become.

I find that hard to believe ^^ I don't care who you are, even if you don't take ANY advice from anyone, your work is bound to get better over time, it's just the habit of getting used to your style.

You may not see transitions yet, but look back after awhile and youll see just how much you're work, and style, have changed.

i think my new pics are slightly better. i try less to do them quick and more to concentrate on stuff, like detail. i'll scan them soon *goes and kicks her bf to give her his scanner* hopefull within the next week. they are more curvy and detailed me thinks

I liked it. If you have seen my drawings then your obviously better. I just draw 20 lines and then I'm done. I know I can draw better, seeing as how I have actual pictures that I've spent more then 10 minutes on taped to my wall so that lets you know that your gonna get better. You can only get better when you practice. And the manga book works because I used that when I drew Orien, I named the picture because I was so proud.

The one bad thing about posting things here is that most people are mean and will bash you, and I'm sorry for them. Aiden is a big bitter mean person. GG isn't that bad most the time. And Demyx and Chesire Cat are just little flunky followers to Aiden. Don't let these people stop you or get you down =)
