Can someone explain why Hulk sucked so much??

I honestly didn't watch the movie, but I know it's sucks. For me, "The Hulk" acts as if he were a big baby. Who would want to see this movie

The story wasn't so good, but what really made it suck was the way they did the powerpoint...thingy with the scenes! IT WAS SO ANNOYING!!!! Grrrrr...
