Ciel lifted her head, looking over her shoulder she would look up at Zero's window. She saw him standing there. Giving a wave, she winced. doubling over she leaned against a tree. "Melt already..its never taken this long."

~sorry i won't be on for a few more days b/c my internet is going to be down and i have band camp for about a week.

Zero watched Ciel, and he thought he saw a wave. He saw her grab her side, and lean against a tree. 'maybe I should to check up on her' Zero thought, turning around and leaving his room.

Sits down, she lay her head against the tree behind her. Taking steady deep breaths, she calmed the sharp pain at her side. "Ciel, Ciel what have you gotten yourself into now?" she asked herself quietly

Zero walked down the steps and into the school yard. He slowed down and leaned against a tree, watching Ciel from the shadows.

Ciel looked up, she felt another pressence close to her. "Zero?"

Zero wasn't surprised that Ciel could feel his presence, so he just came out of the shadows. "Yes?"

Tilting her head to the side, she looked at him curiously. "Worried Zero?"

"Mm, a little. I just don't trust you being out on your own right now."

A light chuckle left her lips. "Why don't you trust me being out alone? I won't get in much trouble."

"In you're condition, no. Besides, I'm part of the diciplinary committee, it's my duty to protect the students of this school."

"Protecting me will only lead to your death." she whispered to herself quietly, trying hard to not let him hear.

"Hm? What was that you just whispered?" he asked.

Ciel shook her head. "Everytime someone helps me, or tries to protect me Adou-Kun, or Ruka-Chan kill them. They try to keep me a secret sometimes, and I have yet to understand why." she looked at the ground. "I don't want them..to kill you.."

"I wont let them kill me or hurt you." Zero said, almost without thinking.

Ciel blinked stunned at his words. "Why do you care? Your just part of the disciplinary committee, you shouldn't care this much."
