I love AC/DC. They rock. The cd store in town didn't have the Muse cd, but I got a rage against the machine cd.

Btw guy/girls, can you tell me a specific album from the bands you suggested? It would be really helpful. ^_^

You should give Iron Maiden and Pearl Jam a listen!

Pearl Jam are a rock/grunge band. They have great lyrics and the singer has an excellent voice. I'm a guitarist and I love their riffs and stuff a lot, so I guess you could too

Iron Maiden are a metal band, started around 1975, still going. They are very popular in England, they have their unique sound.

Give both those bands a listen, see what you think.

Dude,since you are willing to listen to good music,I'll tell you this good list. Listen to good and real Rappers such as Wu-Tang Clan,Afu-Ra,Raekwon,Nas,The Bravehearts,OutKast,N.W.A. and many others that I want to list of true Rap/Hip-Hop artists. I listen to Techno and House and heres a list for techno/house. Daft Punk,Basement Jaxx and others. But hey don't let the name "N.W.A." turn you down, they're a good group. All music is a form of expression with messages. It is not to influence, but to share a culture and feelings through a form of art called music. Only individuals influence themselves, because thats what they choose to be. Just letting you know this so you won't get the bad impression of other music. See ya later and peace out-Nas.

Hmmm I might have a couple of recomendations...

The Cherry Poppin' Daddies~ This group is a throw back to the Classic Big Band era. Their music is catchy and it's hard not to move to it.

The Charlie Daniels Band~ I know what you're thinking, "But they're country!" Actually the earliest Charlie Daniels is Southern Rock and I think is classic weather it be Devil Went Down to Georgia, Uneasy Rider or Simple Man(he has good ideas in this tune.)

Molly Hatchett~ More southern rock...

I like Everlife which is an all girl kinda rock band, Hope 7 is good too.
