And when 4KIDS dubs, it's almost a guranteed fail. I can only make an exception for Pokemon (ironically they don't even own the rights to Pokemon anymore) and Shaman King, which was actually one of 4KIDS's better dubs (not saying that's much).

I'm just relieved that 4Kids did not get a hold of Bleach or Naruto.

Yeah... Read my post replying to HitsuGaya Toushiro's in "What if 4KIDS got Naruto"... 4KIDS+any one of the "trinity animes (Bleach, Naruto, One Piece)"=FAIL. Let's just break this down:
4KIDS with:
One Piece: We've all seen it. And it sucks major arse. Thank god that it's cancelled.
BLEACH: Impossible.
Naruto: It would suck given 4KIDS's dubbing practices. All the Japanese culture would make 4KIDS go crazy!
Elfen Lied: Well ha-ey, that's what we're talking about right now aren't we? And it's impossible.

No anime is immpossible for 4Kids to royally screw up. Yugi-Oh, for example, was originally a very very graphic series but 4Kids got their meathooks on it an just f***ed the whole thing up. The entire first season was removed. I'm not a Yugi-Oh fan but it is still frustrating to hear about things like this.

Yeah, it's sad to hear how they do crap like this. Even worse is how they do it and spit in the faces of the original fans.

Y'know, there's a lot of talk about people wanting 4KIDS to have their own booth at the Otakon. And all these people hate 4KIDS, everybody knows the havoc that they would wreak there...

Indeed. 4Kids doesn't have a booth because they know that massive armies of blood thirsty otaku will eviscerate them. You never see 4Kids in public because I'm sure they fancy keeping their hides in One Piece.

They already had One Piece... They screwed it up and probably were forced to drop the rights to it...

But in any case though, they probably know that their reputation can't be repaired whatsoever after the One Piece dub.
