Thanks for sharing jebus, but anyone that was here around late 2004 and 2005 like me I consider veterans. My old old account str1ke is just as ancient, but let us get technical Ken created AA he had to wait probably a few weeks before AA got tons of traffic, in reality he is THE original. I just hang out here..

I also think part of the problem is that everyone is so damn serious all the time,
most users on this site spend more than 4 hours doing absolutely nothing.. Like the chat room for instance they talk about absolutely nothing most of the time. Life offers much more than a single existence on AA.. AA is not equipped to handle mass quantities of sissies.


I can understand if you come here out of boredom, but do not make it a permanent home. AA can be a controlled substance... Unlike crack and meth.
I have friends here, there all fantastic but I can only deliver koolaid jammerz and cold hard facts. I also sale cocktail peanuts for those of you that enjoy a good mouth full of nuts. Chew and swallow.

Well I'm serious for a reason...Since I was a Commander, I'm used to being serious since I had a strict Colonel constantly over my shoulder... But thanks to you Cold, I'm beginning to remember to laugh everyone once in a while, if not more often..Not to mention, this site doesn't need alot of mods since most of the users "self-regulate" the site anyways.

Blame the people who are destroying the site.

I bet some people can name the 'Spammers'.

Oh i also see that the site has some more moderators... good ones at that.

i realize that lately things are getting a little corrupt and contagious around here. and this is especially in areas such as this forum (moderator application), mindless chit chat (lol, duh) and the actual chat room.

so ive been doing a little bit of lurking for the past few weeks. something i excel in. and its come to my attention by observing everyone that there definitely has been a huge shift in the aa mood. and that's not good, kiddies.


i know the world completely lacks good people. you cant trust anyone, and the hardest thing is considering anyone's self worth as worthy enough. so yeah, i just wanted to let you all know that hostility is awesome until you're sitting home alone, or at work, or school and life hits you dead on. and in life, we all cant be friends. we need enemies, lovers, feelings, despair, jubilant memories, abandonment. all that and more. so i guess what im trying to say is that: aa is going to the gutters and we all know it.

and its not just becuase of spam, traffcing threads, flame wars. it has to do so much more with the fact that we all try to prove our self worth in the worst possible ways.


and in time, this place will become something we dread. we'll all reminisce on the best years of aa. and regret the fact that we've let ourselves get too consumed with the insignificant details.

and its kind of funny how emotionally attached we all are to this place. its unlike any other. and we cant watch it all slip away. and i just wanted to reassure you all that aa is going on a steady downhill fall.

so all im trying to say is: hold on to what we have here.

There's nothing that would give me more pleasure than the demise of some of the partakers in this community.

I would throw in a few more names, but mostly you are correct sir.

Very rarely do I see people from the old days - those days are gone, time to look at prosperity of AA instead of seeing its current state as inflictions, or believing in a sorta curse.

Best thing to do is to head into the new generation of AA together, old or new, doesn’t really matter anymore.

I agree with Mai... But I won't let this place go/stay in the gutter. *tears come to eyes* And here's the part where I normally list out this huge deal about how my life is just a piece of crap, but mostly everyone does that so no. *people looking at me funny* Here's where I list the good side! AA is my home, the one place where I'm less judged and not expected to do much besides follow the rules and stuff like that. There are people who care about others, not naming any names *cough*Lust.*cough* AA is my happy place and I'm not going to lett it end dog dangit!! *stomps foot while* Now I know thismakes like no since and is probly complete random and you most likely think that I'm just adding the little actions for emphasis, but they are real, and now i'm getting kicked out of the library for making a scene, hehe

AA will last forever, in me, no matter what.
