More or less, yes. She's supposed to be a teenager, for God's sake, and her voice (in English) is done by Jill Frapier, who is a) British, and b) really old.

Whats wrong with her being British? i know being old doesn't help, but I'm british and I sound nothin like Luna in the dub! (I sound dead common lol)

It's nothing against British people at all, Sailor V! It just maid sweet, young, cynical Luna sound like Mary Poppins. I might not have minded if it was a young British woman's voice, but an old voice doesn't fit her at all.

Yes, I suppose if a younger woman did do her dubbed voice it would sound better, her voice in the dubb did make the funloving luna a little dead i suppose, go subbed!!!!

I also agree than Jill Frapier ruined himan luna, it made her seem like a old woman in a young womans body, scary!
