Dante used the Philo stone so I guess she wasn't effected.

Well the philo stone let's people defy the usual laws of alchemy like equivalent exchange and all that so she if she used the stone during a human transmutation she probably would not be affected by it.

If she had the Philosopher's stone how can she create Homonculi?
I thought they are only made when some one screwsup?
