I am not sure if I have a favorite but Jolteon looks awesome and speed form Deoxys is cool as well.

im not sure theres alot of cool pokemon its not officially my fav but jolteon is cool cause its lightning (i love lightning and lightning pokemon) and it lookse like a dog i luv dogs (wish i had 1) charizard,manetric,elecktrike,zangoose,umbreon,salamence,dragonite,gyrados,(the red one is kool)onix,scyther,scizzor,sneazel,i duuno what else

Mewtwo or Rayquaza for sure I got a thing for legendary pokemon
