He also failed to precisely follow the instructions... as he didn't try to convince people why he would make a good moderator.

I have been on this forum for 2 years, left for about 5 or so months

I have been on this forum for 2 years, left for about 5 or so months

but it looks like you only have barely 30 posts ....

because i rejoined in september, what am i supposed to do? have over 1000 posts to be a moderator?

Who cares if you've been on AA as another user. A mod has responsibilities; Behavior is one of them.
