I remember an animated holiday special.....

Could someone help? I remember an animated holiday special but I don't remeber what it was called. It looks like it was made somwhere in Europe. It was shown on Thanksgiving or Christmas in syndication. It had this group of homeless children that took another kid's pet duck or goose. (I can't remember which animal it was.) There were also some kind of higher beings that visited at the very end of the program and they just took off with a kazoo ending. If this sounds familiar to anyone else, please let me know. Thanks!!

Sounds kinda like one of those cheesy specails... not anime... but either cartoonish... or realism...

It wasn't anime I just have vague memories of it and would like to see it again. And yes it was kinda cheesy.

In any case it was in the wrong forum. If it is an anime I'll move it again.
